Registered in California, we are organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. We are currently seeking 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status to further our reach.
Specific Purpose:
Providing after-school tutoring and mentoring services to underprivileged youth in California, bridging the gap between education and technology.
